Our farm stay, Il Borgo della Colomba, located 7km from Sarzana, in Fosdinovo, is ideal for peaceful stays and relaxing holidays.
At Il Borgo della Colomba, we have a restaurant where organic food is predominant.
We select quality ingredients, many of which come from our own garden, to create unique specialities such as homemade pasta, pizza, ravioli, desserts, grilled vegetables, bread, and focaccia (both made with natural leavening).
During the development of our menu, we favour typical Ligurian and local dishes, but with influences from other regions and around the world: you can taste Lunigiana cold cuts and lardo di Colonnata, excellent local meats, wild boar, lamb, as well as sauces and exotic vegetables. Vegetarian and typical cuisine with our products
Our restaurant in Fosdinovo, just a few kilometres from Sarzana, is particularly loved especially by vegetarians or anyone who simply craves a green cuisine. The lunches and dinners will be based on ingredients from our own production such as vegetables, oil, and honey, also available for purchase and takeaway. You can enjoy them surrounded by the charm of the old mill, in the garden and on the large terrace overlooking the stream, equipped with a covering and weatherproof windows, also ideal for organising weddings.
Restaurant for small ceremonies and events
We also accept reservations for birthday parties, graduations, communions and baptisms, weddings, and other celebrations, always for a limited number of people.
Beautiful parties for children and teenagers with donkeys as entertainers, while our 5 o'clock afternoon snacks with "sgabei", cheeses, and cold cuts often extend until evening, replacing dinner. Meals are always and only by reservation, preferably booked the day before.
